Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Missouri Licensed EHR Trainer, this remote position will develop and validate training programs for the Epic EMR system, ensuring a superior patient experience while collaborating with Credentialed Trainers and managing learning interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Specifies solutions and develops training materials for Epic EMR learning programs
• Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of Epic educational activities using data from the learning management system
• Manages the delivery of Epic learning, ensuring objectives are met and customizing activities for specialized audiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Applicable Epic Certification (to be obtained within 6 months of hire)
• Experience in developing training programs or educational content
• Strong background in teaching or training
• Familiarity with virtual training environments
