Missouri Licensed Enrollment Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the Missouri Surge team, the full-time remote Missouri Licensed Enrollment Supervisor will manage team activities, oversee escalations, and analyze trends while supervising a team of 5-20 Eligibility Specialists focused on Medicaid enrollment and eligibility determination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise High Speed Data Entry (HSDE) Administrators, providing guidance to meet performance objectives
• Conduct regular performance reviews and assess training needs for the team
• Ensure compliance with data entry programs, performance requirements, and corporate policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Current experience with the Missouri Surge Support project is mandatory
• Ability to work a shift between 8:00am-5:30pm CST, Monday - Friday
• Proficiency in using Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems for remote work
• Must reside in the Continental US permanently
