A company is looking for an Executive Outplacement Career Coach / Job Search Strategist (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with employees and motivate them to achieve goals
• Guide employees through the coaching process and milestone completion
• Advise and coach individual outplacement candidates on career development and job search strategies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in career coaching for executives
• Experience with executive resume development and interview preparation
• Bachelor's degree
• Significant business experience at the Director level or above for at least five years
• Experience with virtual coaching using Microsoft Teams and Zoom
