Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on Missouri Licensed Finance Director, the full-time position will manage financial planning, budgeting, and compliance while collaborating closely with executive leadership to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure fiscal health
- Direct daily operational activities and implement policies that support organizational efficiency
- Develop and maintain processes and controls to enhance financial and operational integrity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; advanced degree or CPA preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in financial management, operations, or organizational administration
- Experience in nonprofit or public sector environments is a strong plus
- Proven ability to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial standards, with specific knowledge of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) valued
