Missouri Licensed Fire Protection Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fire Protection Project Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design complete fire protection systems, including hazard analysis, fire alarm layouts, and smoke control analysis
• Generate plans and coordinate with other trades while providing consulting for life safety and code compliance
• Conduct inspections, prepare site reports, and assist in mentoring entry-level team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering or architecture field from an accredited program
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility design and construction
• Active PE Registration and successful completion of the Fire Protection portion of the NCEES PE Exam
• Familiarity with fire behavior, detection, and control methods
• Advanced knowledge of fire protection equipment and systems
