Job Summary
Contributing to complex analyses and projects, the full-time salaried Missouri Licensed Healthcare Actuarial Manager will provide financial analyses and client deliverables for employer health and group benefit programs while collaborating with vendors and client teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direction on benefit plan analysis, design, and funding strategies for employer clients
- Deliver accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to support client decision-making
- Collaborate with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams to ensure superior project management
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of underwriting and funding concepts
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Progress towards completion of health actuarial designation or CEBS designation is preferred
