Missouri Licensed Healthcare Analyst

Job Summary

Providing financial analyses and client deliverables, the full-time Missouri Licensed Healthcare Analyst will support benefit plan design, cost avoidance strategies, and vendor financial reviews while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analyses and deliver accurate claim reporting to support client decision-making
• Contribute to benefit plan analysis, design, and risk funding strategies
• Ensure technical and consulting accuracy on client projects through quality reviews and modeling plan design alternatives

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting/actuarial functions
• Basic knowledge of health and welfare products and services
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Progress towards health actuarial designation or CEBS designation is preferred
