Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Consulting Attorney to support clients within in-house legal departments on an engagement basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare organizations on regulatory and operational matters
• Support healthcare transactions and provider contracting
• Assist with internal investigations and respond to government inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
• At least 5 years of healthcare law experience
• Experience advising healthcare providers or companies on regulatory matters
• Ability to independently manage healthcare legal matters
• J.D. from an accredited law school
