Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Healthcare Representative - Statewide in Missouri.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
• Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers of relevant changes
• Provide support in locating primary care physicians within customer networks

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
• Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
• Must reside in the state of Missouri
