Job Summary

A company is looking for an Infusion Prior Authorization Supervisor to oversee a prior authorization team for Oncology Infusion services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate the performance of Patient Access staff, ensuring alignment with operational goals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements while optimizing patient access functions
• Analyze data to recommend changes that enhance patient satisfaction and improve operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• CHAM certification required
• Supervisory experience is beneficial
