Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales representative for termite and pest control services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about pest control services
• Convert leads to sales by assessing customer needs and guiding them towards solutions
• Follow up on sales leads and maintain customer relationships to ensure high conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, phone sales, B2B, or lead management
• Moderate computer skills, including Google Docs and MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is beneficial
• Self-starter with a motivated and professional demeanor; able to multitask
• Must pass a background check and drug screening; pest control licensing required
