Job Summary

Driving revenue growth, the full-time Missouri Licensed Institutional Sales Manager will manage sales activities and client relationships for U.S. Bancorp Asset Management, working remotely while acquiring new business and servicing existing accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the full range of U.S. Bancorp Asset Management capabilities to institutional clients and partners
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers, client service staff, and marketing teams to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales
  • Supervise junior employees and manage a portfolio of the largest and most complex accounts
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in portfolio management, sales, marketing, or relationship management with institutional clients
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 licensed or ability to obtain within 120 days of start date
  • In-depth knowledge of the firm's products and services
  • Experience in capital markets and strong relationship management skills
