Job Summary
To support an enterprise-scale initiative, the contract Lead Application Development Engineer with expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform will work remotely, focusing on developing scalable solutions, managing deployments, and providing technical leadership across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and more.
Key responsibilities
- Transform business requirements into scalable solutions to enhance efficiency and support modernization initiatives
- Manage solution deployment pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and mentor team members while ensuring platform governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement complex enterprise software solutions that improve data quality and user experience
Required qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field
- 7+ years of application development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform development
- Experience serving as a technical lead or solution architect on enterprise-scale implementations
