Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Direct Loan Originator.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate real estate loans and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources
• Analyze applicants' financial status and compile compliance information for loan applications
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma and commitment to ongoing job-related coursework
• Two years of loan originating experience with a proven ability to manage a pipeline of 10+ loan applications per month
• Basic computer knowledge including Encompass, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Strong sales skills and basic math and accounting/bookkeeping abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
