Job Summary

To support a growing lending team, a full-time Missouri Licensed Loan Originator will originate real estate loans, establish relationships with customers and referral sources, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines, with the potential for remote work and a hybrid schedule in the future.

Key responsibilities

• Originate real estate loans and analyze applicants' financial status to determine loan feasibility
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and referral sources to generate leads
• Ensure timely processing of loan applications and maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines

Required qualifications

• Must be a Missouri Licensed Loan Originator
• Experience in real estate lending or a related financial services field
• Knowledge of federal lending guidelines and compliance requirements
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and referral sources
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple loan applications efficiently
