Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose behavioral health conditions, creating treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Provide therapeutic interventions and navigate members to community resources for comprehensive care
• Document member care and contribute to the design of clinical pathways for behavioral health treatment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in Missouri and Kansas
• 3+ years of outpatient experience with adults in Medicaid, Medicare, or dual-eligible populations
• 1+ years of experience practicing telemedicine
• Experience with underserved populations and knowledge of trauma-informed care
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and technology-based tools
