Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Case Manager II-Therapist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide case management and therapy for patients and families to enhance psychosocial functioning

• Collaborate with a team to support patient care and treatment plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human-service field
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of preferred Behavioral Health experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to listen, understand, and explain complex situations
