Missouri Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

Delivering remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, the part-time Missouri Licensed Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload of 7-20 clients per week while utilizing various therapeutic modalities and collaborating with other mental health providers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
• Utilize data to adjust treatment approaches based on client progress and needs

Required qualifications

• Active license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Missouri
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults, including at least six months of teletherapy experience
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with a focus on client sessions
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states, with costs covered by the employer
