Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Missouri Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based treatment via live video sessions, manage a diverse caseload, and utilize digital psychoeducation tools to enhance client outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy through live video sessions to a varied client base
• Assign and monitor digital lessons and assessments to enhance client learning and outcomes
• Participate in clinical consultation meetings and peer-based quality assurance reviews to improve clinical skills

Required qualifications

• Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, DBT) and clinical best practices
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
• Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients
