Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Missouri Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based treatment via live video sessions, manage a diverse caseload, and utilize digital psychoeducation tools to enhance client outcomes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide short-term, evidence-based therapy through live video sessions to a varied client base
- Assign and monitor digital lessons and assessments to enhance client learning and outcomes
- Participate in clinical consultation meetings and peer-based quality assurance reviews to improve clinical skills
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license
- Experience with evidence-based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, DBT) and clinical best practices
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises
- Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients
