Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Missouri Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, and collaborate with other mental health providers as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients (18+)
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
- Utilize data to inform treatment adjustments based on client progress and collaborate with other providers when necessary
Required qualifications
- Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Missouri
- At least 2 years of clinical experience with adults (18+) and a minimum of six months of teletherapy experience
- Proficient in clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9, for tracking client progress
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Availability for 8-24 hours per week, with a commitment to ongoing training and support during the initial weeks
