Missouri Licensed Mortgage Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Analyst responsible for processing and underwriting residential mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze mortgage loan applications for compliance and accuracy
- Underwrite various types of loans and communicate approval or denial decisions
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure smooth loan processing and customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five plus years of related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of Encompass Database software and underwriting guidelines
- Understanding of RESPA laws and mortgage loan products
- Active DE and SAR Certifications
