Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Mortgage Loan Originator in Missouri.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an active and approved Missouri Mortgage Loan Originator license
• Serve as the designated manager for the branch office as required by the Missouri Division of Finance
• Engage with state regulators and examiners during regulatory engagements

Required Qualifications

• Must hold an active, approved Missouri Mortgage Loan Originator license
• Must be exclusively sponsored by the company in Missouri
• Must reside within a one-hour, one-way commute of the branch office
• Must be available for occasional regulatory or administrative events at the branch office
• Previous experience with state examiners or mortgage compliance is a plus
