Job Summary
Leading a team of Mortgage Loan Originators, the full-time remote Missouri Licensed Mortgage Manager will assist in achieving production goals, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans while actively participating in industry associations.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators to meet production and profitability goals
- Conduct interviewing, recruiting, onboarding, and training of new talent while ensuring staff compliance with banking laws
- Maintain a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans and foster partnerships within the bank to enhance customer relationships
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator
- Proven experience in coaching, developing, and recruiting a mortgage team
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales strategies and mortgage products/services
- At least two years of supervisory experience preferred
