Job Summary
Supporting the mortgage sales team remotely, the full-time Missouri Licensed Mortgage Sales Manager will provide sales and operational support, supervise Mortgage Loan Originator Assistants, and optimize loan productivity while enhancing the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Train and supervise Mortgage Loan Originator Assistants to ensure effective loan origination support
- Assist Mortgage Loan Originators with performance optimization through daily pipeline reviews and quality expectations
- Develop relationships with mortgage partners to identify training opportunities and maximize sales potential
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage banking or lending, preferably in a sales capacity
- Must have S.A.F.E registration at the time of employment and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
