Missouri Licensed Nurse Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onsite Nurse Case Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collects and assesses data from referral sources and medical treatment providers
• Coordinates and manages medical treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes for injured workers
• Maintains ongoing communication with all parties involved in the claim and documents case management activities

Required Qualifications

• Associate nursing degree or Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Current unencumbered RN license from the Missouri State Board of Nursing or a compact state
• Certification in Case Management from the Case Management Society of America preferred or eligibility to obtain
• At least three years of nursing experience in Medical/Surgical areas
• A background in Home Health and five years of insurance case management experience preferred
