Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Missouri Licensed Nurse Case Manager will conduct telephonic case management services, perform comprehensive clinical assessments, and develop individualized care plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive telephonic clinical assessments of members
- Evaluate member eligibility, healthcare needs, and benefit plans
- Develop individualized case management plans and coordinate healthcare resources
Required qualifications
- Active unrestricted Missouri RN license or Compact RN License
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience in a relevant setting
- Previous Case Management experience
- Experience evaluating member needs and benefit eligibility
