Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team of Primary Care Nurses, the full-time Missouri Licensed Nurse Manager will oversee personnel supervision, policy development, and quality assurance in a remote work environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives and optimize departmental operations
• Collaborate with Primary Care Providers to deliver effective and equitable patient care

Required qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with 5 years of clinical healthcare and leadership experience
• Ability to obtain required certifications such as BLS and IV Certification within specified timeframes
• Strong knowledge of primary care practices and quality improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
