Job Summary
Leading a dedicated team of Primary Care Nurses, the full-time Missouri Licensed Nurse Manager will oversee personnel supervision, policy development, and quality assurance in a remote work environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives and optimize departmental operations
- Collaborate with Primary Care Providers to deliver effective and equitable patient care
Required qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with 5 years of clinical healthcare and leadership experience
- Ability to obtain required certifications such as BLS and IV Certification within specified timeframes
- Strong knowledge of primary care practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
