Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner/APRN Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

Complete detailed evaluations of medical and social assessments for beneficiaries
Identify and refer members for routine, urgent, and emergent case management
Make follow-up recommendations to members regarding their primary care physician

Required Qualifications

2 years of hands-on experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Registered with Medicare and/or Medicaid
Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri
Certification as an APRN or Certified Nurse Practitioner
Experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care
