Job Summary

To support a growing practice focused on women's midlife health, the full-time Missouri Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel virtually, providing ongoing care for perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep while prescribing and independently managing hormone replacement therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full panel of patients, providing ongoing relationship-based care and addressing various health concerns
• Prescribe and independently manage hormone replacement therapy and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management therapies
• Document patient interactions and follow through on care plans while meeting productivity benchmarks in a high-volume environment

Required qualifications

• Must hold multiple state Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years of experience in synchronous telemedicine
• 1+ year of experience evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists
