Missouri Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
To support individuals with Substance Use Disorder, a Missouri Licensed Nurse Practitioner will provide remote telehealth assessments, medication management, and care coordination in either a full-time or part-time capacity, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote long-term recovery.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct health evaluations to assess substance use and overall functioning
- Diagnose health conditions and create individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the care team and external providers to deliver coordinated care
Required qualifications
- Active and unrestricted NP license in Missouri
- Active DEA license (and CDS where applicable)
- Several years of experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or psychiatry
- Board certification in specialty preferred
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR platforms
