Job Summary

Providing on-call nursing support during weekends, the full-time Missouri Licensed On-Call RN will assess patient needs, coordinate care, and ensure effective outcomes across various departments at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Responding to patient care and operational needs outside of regular business hours
• Utilizing clinical nursing knowledge to assess situations and coordinate care effectively
• Adhering to Mercy policies and professional practice standards while managing on-call responsibilities

Required qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri
• A minimum of two years of relevant nursing experience in an acute or specialty care setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in time-sensitive situations
