Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outbound Call Advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate callers on self-service resources and their health care coverage responsibilities
• Demonstrate knowledge of health care terminology and applicable products/services
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and provide referrals to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1-year prior experience in an office or call center setting preferred, but not required
• Ability to build rapport and translate complex healthcare information into simple instructions
• Proficient conflict management skills and ability to work under stress
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including training and possible overtime
