Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Centralized Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in patient access and scheduling, providing training and support to staff
• Adjust staffing based on volume expectations and ensure operational goals are met
• Communicate professionally with patients and staff, while managing scheduling and preregistration processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Associate's Degree preferred
• Certification as a Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred
• Proficiency in hospital scheduling and preregistration systems
