Job Summary

Processing and transcribing a high volume of radiology orders, the full-time Missouri Licensed Patient Access Rep II will work remotely from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing customer service support to patients and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and transcribe radiology orders, ensuring speed and accuracy
• Review orders for completeness and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries from patients and providers regarding order status

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in patient access or related field
• CHAA certification required
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding is preferred
