Key Responsibilities
- Lead litigation end-to-end, managing cases from intake through resolution and trial
- Advocate for clients in Missouri state courts, mediations, and trials
- Evaluate cases and develop tailored strategies while maintaining consistent client communication
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Active license to practice law in Missouri and in good standing with the Missouri Bar
- Significant courtroom and trial experience with a history of favorable outcomes
- Strong familiarity with Missouri personal injury litigation and court procedures
- Self-driven and organized, capable of managing a full caseload in a remote setting
