Missouri Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support patient services, the full-time Missouri Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage patient enrollment activities, benefit investigations, and insurance verifications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming documents and manage patient cases from intake through benefit verification
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, triaging interactions and resolving routine access barriers
• Conduct benefit investigations and eligibility assessments to facilitate patient access to therapy

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• One to two years of relevant experience in healthcare operations or customer service
• Ability to obtain a Missouri pharmacy technician registration
• Working knowledge of medical and pharmacy benefit structures and reimbursement processes
• Advanced computer proficiency with strong data entry accuracy
