Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Pharmacy Business Process Modeler Trainer Trainer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a business analyst team's duties and provide guidance to newer team members
  • Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
  • Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support clients' technology goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 6+ years of experience in a relevant Business Analyst position, with 3+ years in Medicaid and Medicare preferred
  • Expertise in Medicaid and MITA, particularly in Pharmacy Benefit Management processes
  • Strong business analysis and technical skills, including familiarity with Visio and process modeling
  • Experience in training and presenting technical concepts effectively in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Background in technical writing and documentation, including video creation and editing expertise
