Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician for its virtual Substance Use Recovery Program (SURP).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medication-assisted therapy through virtual visits for patients with opioid use disorder
• Collaborate with social workers and psychiatrists to address patients' social and mental health needs
• Ensure accessible care for diverse patient populations regardless of their location or financial situation

Required Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid medical license
• Board certification in a relevant specialty, preferably in Emergency Medicine or Addiction Medicine
• Experience in treating substance use disorders, particularly opioid use disorder
• Authorization to prescribe buprenorphine
• Commitment to providing integrated and accessible patient care
