Missouri Licensed Podiatry Physician

Job Summary

To support a team of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), the fully remote Podiatry Collaborating Physician will serve as a collaborating physician, assist in training and development, and conduct monthly audits to ensure compliance with care standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the collaborating physician for APRNs providing foot care services
• Assist in the training and development of APRNs as directed by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Podiatry
• Conduct monthly audits of at least 10% of APRN charts to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols

Required qualifications

• DPM or MD degree required
• Current and valid medical license to practice in Missouri and potentially other states
• Experience in a collaborative practice environment
• Ability to mentor and train healthcare professionals effectively
• Knowledge of compliance standards and auditing processes in healthcare
