Job Summary

To support the Shared Services and Workforce portfolio, the full-time Missouri Licensed Portfolio Manager will manage technology strategy and governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the implementation and review of the technology portfolio management framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives
• Plans and monitors portfolio activities to ensure contributions to overall business objectives, engaging senior leaders as needed
• Defines policies and standards for managing technology portfolios, programs, and projects, providing guidance on project management processes and tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience in technology strategy and portfolio governance
• Master's degree preferred
