Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prior Authorization Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate patient information, scheduled procedures, and insurance details to ensure accurate authorization data
• Communicate professionally with provider offices, insurance companies, and patients to facilitate appointment scheduling and authorization processes
• Engage in teamwork and contribute to employee engagement and customer satisfaction while supporting authorization processes for multiple hospitals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Associate's Degree preferred
• 5-10 years of experience preferred
• CHAA certification preferred
