Job Summary

A company is looking for a Prior Authorization Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate patient information, scheduled tests/surgeries, and insurance details to ensure accurate authorization data
• Communicate professionally with provider offices, insurance companies, and patients to provide excellent customer service
• Support authorization processes for multiple hospitals, including Ancillary and Surgery Authorizations, while maintaining teamwork and engagement

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Associate's Degree preferred
• 5-10 years of experience preferred
• CHAA certification preferred
