Job Summary

To support a dynamic mortgage lending team, the full-time Missouri Licensed Production Associate will manage workflow for timely closings, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to Realtors and Clients while managing the mortgage process
• Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings and compliance with applicable laws
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, processors, and other stakeholders to expedite documentation and loan disclosures

Required qualifications

• Missouri NMLS license preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and technology, with CRM/Salesforce experience as a plus
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to perform basic income calculations and follow up with multiple prospects daily
