Job Summary

Missouri Licensed Program Manager, oversees the strategic sourcing program in a full-time role, ensuring contract management and pricing processes are effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages program/portfolio project makeup, prioritization, scoping, planning, execution, and tracking
• Ensures appropriate staffing and organization of programs/portfolios to meet objectives
• Provides leadership and expert knowledge transfer to project teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5-10 years of relevant experience required; 10+ years preferred
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Licenses & Certifications: Lean/Six Sigma, PMI, Project Management Professional
