Key Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-size projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and tracking
• Develop work breakdown structures, timelines, dependencies, and milestones
• Track task completion, risks/issues, and prepare project reporting for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare
• Familiarity with PMI and PMBOK standards
• Experience managing deliverables and team progress
• Knowledge of change management and risk identification strategies
