Job Summary

A company is looking for a Property Field Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for complex Homeowner's Claims
• Negotiates settlements and documents all activities in complex claims files
• Creates comprehensive estimates of damages for complex first-party homeowner claims

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 3 or more years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis
• Ability to write estimates up to $150K
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
