Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Missouri Licensed Property Adjuster will investigate and adjust complex homeowner claims, determine coverage and damages, and negotiate settlements while working within their authority.

Key responsibilities

• Builds mastered relationships with both internal and external customers
• Interprets regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments, and documents all activities in complex files

Required qualifications

• Must possess a Missouri Property Adjuster license
• Extensive experience managing a wide range of homeowner claims
• Proficiency in Xactimate and XactAnalysis
• Ability to write estimates up to $150K
• Mastery in estimating fundamentals for complex first-party homeowner losses
