Missouri Licensed Property Claims Reviewer

Job Summary

Leveraging property claims and estimating expertise, the full-time Missouri Licensed Property Claims Reviewer will conduct detailed technical reviews of property insurance estimates, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with contractors and insurance partners in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and revise estimates for medium to large property loss claims using estimating software such as Xactimate
• Manage an assigned queue of estimates to ensure timely completion and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Communicate with contractors and insurance representatives to clarify discrepancies and resolve estimate concerns

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in property claims estimating or a closely related field
• Strong proficiency with Xactimate or similar property estimating platforms
• Active Insurance Adjuster License preferred
• Strong understanding of flooring systems, water mitigation, roofing, and general construction practices
