Job Summary

To provide essential psychiatric care, the contract-based Missouri Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medication, and deliver ongoing support to the Medicaid population while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans for clients
• Manage medication prescriptions and monitor patient responses to treatment
• Utilize telehealth systems to maintain flexible scheduling and client interactions

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in good standing in Missouri
• National board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Prescriptive authority and active DEA registration
• Experience in providing psychiatric evaluations and prescribing psychotropic medications
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and digital tools
