Job Summary
To support a statewide project for the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the part-time Missouri Licensed Public Health Specialist will plan, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive service mapping project to identify public health resources and services across Missouri's local public health agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute the statewide Local Public Health Agency Service Mapping Project
- Collect, validate, analyze, and maintain comprehensive data on local public health programs and services
- Present project findings to state and local public health leadership while providing technical assistance to local agencies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed)
- Strong understanding of systems mapping and public health services
- Proficiency with communication software like MS Teams and WebEx
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Must be a Missouri resident and able to travel within the state as needed
